The UnITed States is expelling at least 50 Russian diplomats. American officials say the move is in reaction to the reported spying for the Russians by an agent of The Federal Bureau of Investigation. Secretary of States Colin Powell met wITh the Russian ambassador in Washington on Wednesday to say that the diplomats must leave the country. Some of the Russian diplomats must leave immediately. There has been no official reaction yet from the Russian government.
